Something Different for Christmas Dinner

1 oven stuffer roasting chicken
1 1/2 lbs turkey chorizo
3 lbs top sirloin roast (or any round roast)
8-10 peeled onions
3 lbs boneless pork roast
1 1/2 lbs turkey linguica
1 can beer

Put everything in large roasting pan. Cover and roast at 350 F for 5-6 hours. And make gravy from broth if desired.


Xmas Cantonese Dinner Recipe

1 1/2 tsps distilled white vinegar
2 tblsps vegetable oil
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
2 lbs pork steaks, cut into strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 tblsps brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsps salt

In a large heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Brown pork in oil.
Drain off excess fat.
Place pork, brown sugar, vinegar, onion, tomato sauce, mushrooms, salt and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker.
Cook on High for 4 hours, or on Low for 6-8 hours.



Christmas Beef Dinner Recipe

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tblsps oil
2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/4 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 cup beef broth
2 large potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp salt
2 large onions, sliced
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper

Heat oil in large skillet.
Cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender; add broth; heat to boiling; reduce heat and cover and simmer 1 hours.
Heat oven to 350F deegre; pour meat mixture into ungreased baking dish 113X9X2.
Arrange potato slices on meat; stir together salt, soup, milk, sour cream, and pepper; pour over potatoes.
Sprinke with cheese and cereal.
Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours.



Crocked Chicken - Christmas Dinner Recipes


1 chicken, cut-up or chicken breast
1 dash pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup good cooking wine, white
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
1 dash garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 dash salt

Wash and pat dry chicken pieces.
Place in crock-pot.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Great over mashed potatoes or noodles.
